Hello and welcome book explorer!

I’m Kerry, a twenty-two year old bookworm based in Norwich, UK and recent Literature and History graduate. Having an insatiable need to read for as long as I can remember, kerryberrybooks is a place for me to document all things book! I hope to share the novels I love, discover new books and most of all meet more of the incredible book community.

Genre-wise I adore science/speculative fiction and, if I had to, could read these forever! My favourite authors thus far are Margaret Atwood (she is the queen) and J.G. Ballard. However, I’m very open to most other genres including mystery, thriller, fantasy and pretty much everything that isn’t a cheesy romance.

When I’m not reading or book researching, you can find me practising Bikram yoga or hanging out with my main cat pal Percy. I’m also an avid vegetarian and believe strongly in animal rights and welfare. I’m a pizza obsessive (encouraged by the brilliant cooking of my Italian other half!), a tea lover and a T.V. show binger. I love Harry Potter (I’m a Ravenclaw) and Lord of the Rings, which my boyfriend, my housemate and I all watch together on Sunday when we’re hungover.
